Delivery Information
We aim to deliver purchases within 7 working days of the order being placed.
We
use a private courier and proof of purchase will be required on
delivery; Should you be out when the driver attempts delivery a card
will be left to arrange redelivery or collection at your convenience.
If Dinky
Trainers & Clothing is unable to deliver the Goods within 7 working
days then it shall use reasonable endeavours to inform the Buyer of
this by e-mail and give an amended delivery time.
Overseas orders may take slightly longer depending on the country of delivery.
What is your return policy?
Dinky Trainers & Clothing offer a free exchange policy; if for any reasons your goods are
unsuitable simply fill out the form enclosed with your purchase and
return the goods to us.
Refunds: We can offer refunds on goods returned to us within 14 days of
receipt , If goods are faulty a full refund will be issued however if
goods are simply unwanted we offer a full refund minus the original
postage costs.
Refunds can only be issued to the original cardholder
and card.
Goods must be returned in the same condition and with all the
original tags and packaging. We strongly recommend that you use either recorded delivery or special
delivery so you have proof of delivery.
It is the responsibility of the
sender to ensure returns reach us in perfect condition.
